Evaluation tests encompass two steps: Some days before the course begins, they are emailed and answered directly on our electronic file. Thereafter, upon agreement with our client, participants are contacted by either email or telephone to confirm the date. The evaluation provides valuable information on the motivation of the future participants and their actual knowledge status. Since we aim excellence and our students’ maximum level of assimilation, our tests are designed so as to allow us to integrate students to the right course at the right level.

All courses must be paid in full before they begin. In the event that one member of a group cancels a course, Aldus must be notified with, at least, four days in advance. Should a course for a whole group is cancelled before it begins, ALS must be notified one week in advance. The absence of a participant to a course does not give raise to a refund. Individual courses are rather rescheduled than cancelled. ALS must be notified the day before before 4 pm. Otherwise, the class will be billed. Should the said class be rescheduled within a maximum of two weeks, the class will be definitely cancelled. Specific times for group courses must be modified at least, 10 days in advance. Nevertheless, should a group is cancelled in full, ALS being notified four days in advance reserves the right to retain $500 plus taxes.
